When designing the Pearl Collection, Frances conceived of all plate patterns working together on the table, so go ahead and mix-and-match colors and patterns to create your own look. The Pearl Collection is manufactured with the finest vitreous china and fired at a high temperature so that it resists chips and cracks and doesn't absorb liquid. Each piece is molded upon Frances' hand-thrown originals and is hand-finished and hand-glazed. Unlike most dinnerware, the foot of each piece is glazed, preventing scratches on surfaces.
