Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with an accessory for any reason, you can return it for one Send the Trend accessory credit. Accessories must be returned within 15 days of delivery and be in new and unused condition.

To obtain a prepaid return shipping label, simply log onto the site and scroll down to the bottom of any page, click on the word FEEDBACK and then fill out and submit the form. You will then receive a Return Authorization number and as well as pre-paid shipping label. We will email you with the return shipping label within 36 hrs. It is important that you enclose the return authorization number inside the box with your item(s) and affix the pre-paid shipping label on the outside of the package before dropping it off at any FedEx shipping location. Credits resulting from the monthly charge on the 6th are only eligible for a refund up to 30 days past the date of the charge.
