Returns Policy
Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with everything you purchase from NewlyWish. While we take great care in packaging your Waterford / Wedgwood order for a successful delivery, accidents do happen. In all instances where you receive a products that is imperfect or damaged, please contact us at 212.348.6115, or via email at info@newlywish.com and we will arrange for a return and replacement of the damaged product(s).
In the event you are not satisfied with a product and wish to return it, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product – at your expense – to us in the original packaging. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the product in original condition, equal to the original amount charged for the product. Any shipping costs related to the original order and/or the return of the order will not be refunded.
For all items received through a NewlyWish Registry, you have six months from the date of your wedding to return any items in exchange for credit at the NewlyWish Waterford Wedgwood shop.
